I crave the tiny...
Aug. 15th, 2009 04:24 pmSeems like a lot of us have the "new doll" bug lately... I definitely do.
I kind of really want another little winged (regrettably named) Orientdoll So vampire dolly, which I think I said already. I'm really loving tinies lately -- I mean, I'd honestly probably prefer they were vinyl dolls, since I prefer it to resin, but there simply are not articulated vinyl dolls with amazing facial sculpting. (I wish I hadn't been broke when you did Nansook, Bats!) But I can't really afford a billionty BJDs, so I'm trying to be picky. But there are many cute fantasy-themed dolls, like the aforementioned vampire and Tinybear Coco...
And I'm in full-blown getting-ready-for-Halloween spooky dollhouse mode!
I've been hunting down older Barbie Halloween releases for the clothes -- so many witch outfits! I kind of want to re-buy that old Ghost Barbie and stick her head on an Obitsu... I... kind of accidentally melted mine. I don't need the dress, just the head: anyone have her kicking around in the back of their closet?
Raspberyl figure -- I haven't played this game yet (or ever properly finished any in the series) but so cute! Pinky purple hair and horns! I think those figures are called "Nendroids." They're bigger than I expected, but... eee, so cute.
Tiny witch figure! How did I miss these last year? I wasn't even aware there was a Barbie-petites line. (They look like those tiny Fairytopia bodies from a while back.) I don't quite feel like paying that much for something so tiny that WAS on retail shelves, though. Yet. It'd make a really cute doll-for-my-dolls, though!
Chibi Zoidberg -- You guys don't even know how much I love Zoidberg.
... toooooooooooys. I'm gonna go haunt Etsy to see what Halloween miniatures people are making. I just got this puking Jack-o-lantern and it's seriously the cutest thing ever.
