OH I am full of food, la la la. TRADER JOE'S HAS THREE DOLLAR SUSHI TAKEAWAY.
I kind of seriously wish I had a laser-cutting machine at the moment. Think of all the cool stuff I could make: baroque scrolly picture frames! Fancy shower hooks! Clothes hangers shaped like bats! However, I would also need to wish I could, you know, DRAW AND USE DESIGN SOFTWARE, so I think I'm going to get myself a Dremel and some sheets of plywood, instead.
(I can draw out designs well enough to smash away at things by hand. Maybe? I wish I had a super huge giant enormous sheet of shrink plastic. And a giant oven to bake it in. I WANT BAT HANGERS.)
But what I DO have is a pattern for a princess seamed bodice to attempt to sew up tomorrow! Oh ho ho ho! Will I, with one fell blow, finally defeat my decade-long aversion to using proper patterns? Tune in tomorrow to find out! Unless I, you know, get distracted and totally forget.
