Hee! Yeah, the potterverse (i had avoided the word in the last post, lest I seem too...fannish, which I kind of am so I should have just owned it) has a certain fannish/intense quality to it--it doesn't have to though.
The anime con makes perfect sense. You can find just about anything there (or at least get away with just about any costume there.) If you do post a flickr set, you should post a link! I love seeing other people's work.
