Nope, he came with it! As well as a couple other cakes, a flamethrower, chainsaw, guitar, etc. He used to be for sale on the Charm City Cakes site, but now, sadly, I think he can only be had through the secondary market.

You don't want to know how many hours I spent arranging those things. It's kind of awesome and yet really, really sad.
