Okay, I must confess: I love modern design. The baroque-modern fusion makes my heart flutter because it's monochrome, but actual baroque is too much for me. I like clean lines, polished surfaces, and limited color palettes. Not even mid-century; I love modern modern.


So I pretty much abhor deco.

I think deco'd items look neat for a photoshoot but not for real life applications.

Yeah, I don't actually think they're ugly, even, just they really turn me off, because I'd never want to use them, which defeats the purpose of, oh, a cell phone.

(Okay, I'll admit -- some of them are downright ugly. But.)

Ahahaha, I need to show that to my brother... he's still in the little-kid phase where he likes bling.
