Things I Like: Art Galleries

So I claim to hate fun, darlings, and that much is true; I'm heartlessly disinterested in television marathons, playing video games for more than a week, and anything good and pure and surely beloved. If everyone is talking about it, chances are that I hate it.
What is it, then, that I do like?
Gothic bands + art gallery = cultural experience that I enjoy.
Say what you will about modern and performance art; I adore it. (Not all of it, mind, but the classics have the benefit of the refinement of history; there's something exciting about new art, from people who are actually alive and can put up interesting installations.) ALSO, Ego Likeness. And we had coffee on the way up and talked miniatures and action figures with a charming lady in a topiary garden and then got more coffee -- can the day get any better?
ALSO
Free! Free is even better! I know most people are partial to their areas, but D.C. has so much culture, accessible and available. I love this city!
Also, there were Peeps. The Peeps were also free.
