Of course, there's always landhausmode. I just checked the Angermaier site, to find a specific example of how it can all come together--this one was what I was thinking--but, then I saw the newer stuff. The Freigeist collection. Totenkopf- und Edelweiß, check,check, and check. If you poke 'round the site proper, you can find skulls'n'pretzels'n'edelweiss. And, ooh, ooh, isn't some of the footwear quite witchy? (These are kinda mindbending.)
